We look for excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership and negotiation skills, strong strategic and analytical skills, and an ability to present views and ideas in a convincing and clear manner. Sales professionals at Barrett are proactive self-starters with a history of achievement. Sales management experience and/or exposure within the 3PL industry gives the candidate a significant advantage.
You will call on key accounts, maintain relationships with clients and most importantly sell our solutions by developing face to face relationships with prospects.
