It is Barrett's mission to provide elevate customer satisfaction through active listening and professional communication. We require our Customer Service personnel to process orders, respond to inquiries, answer requests for information, and respond to service failures in a prompt, courteous and effective manner, while maintaining accurate and current inventory records in accordance with customer and company specifications. The Customer Service team is responsible for the accurate and timely production of customer invoicing. Each member of the team must continually focus on the improvement of his/her processes to ensure the customer's needs are being met.
